Inhire QA Sanity

Inhire QA Sanity is looking for an experienced Store Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations on the shop floor, keep teams working well together, and make sure customers have a consistent, positive experience across every shift.

About the role

As Store Supervisor, you will be the on-site lead responsible for keeping the store running smoothly. You will coordinate staff, oversee standards for service and merchandising, and step in to resolve issues as they come up. This is a hands-on role that works across shift patterns.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate store staff during assigned shifts, setting clear priorities and daily goals
• Maintain service, cleanliness, and merchandising standards across the sales floor
• Handle customer escalations calmly and find practical solutions
• Support staff with coaching, scheduling input, and feedback
• Track store performance, stock levels, and shift handovers, and report issues to management
• Ensure health, safety, and procedural compliance throughout each shift

What we're looking for

• Prior experience in a retail or store environment, with a track record of leading or supporting a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
• Comfort working shift work, including early, late, weekend, or rotating schedules
• Clear communication skills and the ability to stay composed under pressure
• Organized, reliable, and able to balance people management with operational tasks

Nice to have

• Experience with inventory systems, POS software, or store reporting tools
• Previous experience coaching or training team members
• Familiarity with loss prevention or safety procedures
